Step 1. Jailbreak your iPad, then open Cydia.

Step 2. In the search bar, search OpenSSH and select it from the search result and then install it.

Step 3. Reboot the iPad.

Step 4. Download and install WinSCP on Windows, start WinSCP, and then enter the following details:

  • Protocol : SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
  • Server : Enter iPad IP address. Find iPad IP Address.
  • Username: root
  • Password: alpine

Step 5. Click on Login (If a warning is shown, don't worry, just click yes and proceed).

Congratulations! Now you have successfully SSH into iPad on Windows!
