Step 1: First up, you will need to jailbreak your iPad. This is the step-by-step guide on how to jailbreak iPad.
Step 2: Open Cydia and touch on "Search" tab and then search for "OpenSSH". Install
"OpenSSH" and reboot your iPad.
Step 3: Go to: /var/root/Media directory.
Step 4: Now create a folder named "Cydia" in the Media folder.
Step 5: Open the Cydia folder you just created and create a new folder in it named "AutoInstall".
Step 6: Copy the Frash.deb file to the AutoInstall folder.
Step 7: Reboot your iPad a couple of times.
Step 8: Now simply browse any Flash based site, click on the "F" to play the Flash content. That's all.
